CORPUSCULAR MAN

and the organizational message

When we are wondering what life is made of, we must have in mind the following evidences :

- All the matter making the universe is made of elementary particles which are as well a form of energy.

- All kind of living bodies, vegetal, animal and of course the human beings are made of such grains of energy. They are the products of an arrangement of these elementary grains.

- It is only because we observe the world with our own reference system, with our own scale of size, that we see the things, lifeless or living, as "solid". At a corpuscular level the matter is essentially made of empty space. Atoms and molecules are the result of immaterial interactions between the fundamental corpuscular entities such as quarks, linked together by the fundamental forces (electromagnetic, nuclear week and strong).

-The human body with its brain is the most complex of all living bodies that we know. The basic biochemical components of the various tissues and organs, being made of atoms and molecules, have a limited period of active life within the body structures. They are renewed unceasingly according to their specific biological period. The cells forming our organs themselves have a limited span of life. For example it is only of a few weeks for skin cells, a few days for epithelial intestinal cells. There are only rare exceptions : the central neural highly differentiated cells and some of the germinal cells.

From these evidences we are brought to admit that the only steady state within that unceasing turnover is the one of the organizational scheme linking together the corpuscular components of the body and coordinating their fields of activity. Such a scheme is immaterial. It is not due to the close contact of each element as we may think when considering a body as "solid". It is the result of immaterial forces regulating our vital functions through an empty space.

This remnant scheme appears to be the essence of our personal being. As it has been said "…the most important fact is that a single unity of consciousness is produced from this multiplicity.: At the moment of death,, all of the parts are still present -but something (Should I say someone) has gone" (Provenzano).

After death the atomic components return to the original inanimate state, non organized multiplicity. But one can speculate about the future of that immaterial organizational scheme ? Is it surviving ? Is it what we call the soul ? Can this scheme be the only result of hazardous interactions between atomic components which at first ignore each other or is it pre existing to the being and conducting the gathering of the components which might be considered then as pure tools of it? In the same way, how can it drives the evolution of the embryo ? Moreover, as the message is written in the genes, does it determines the evolution of the species, generation after generation ?

For the believers, could such a structuring message be considered as the Scriptures' Word ?
